Setting a sales demo

The operational standard for sales reps after setting a sales demo


Step One : Log Call Outcome 

Call type should be prospecting and call outcome should be "set".

Step Two : Inside the contact record view navigate to activity feed and complete all tasks on record

Unenroll Prospect from sequence

 

Step Three : Update the following properties 

  • Lead status > Set
  • Company Domain Url 

Note : including www. or https:// will not be an acceptable format. It should be "website.com" format

 

Save updated changes

7. Add New Mobile Number or E-mail if different (enter into HubSpot fields)
Do not delete old email or number just add additional. Must put in new e-mail and phone
number before booking on Demo Calendar.

8. On contact, click on “add deal”
9. Delete “new deal” in Deal Name slot.
Pipeline: Sales Pipeline
Deal Stage: Appointment Scheduled
SDR: Yourself
Deal Type: New Business
Deal Owner: Aubrey
Date to Demo: Date set
Deal Source: Cold Call
Partner Network: leave blank
Verify email is correct under contact and click checked box under email.
Verify company is correct and click checked box
Add a line Item: Recruiting ; Autopilot
Double check to make sure info is correct.
Click “Create”
10. Click on Deal
11. Add Collaborators: Add yourself and Aubrey
12. Add SDR Notes, hit save
13. Go to Company, make sure website is listed in format as www. with no http. And click save
14. Test Web Address to see if correct, if not search google for correct website.
15. Go to demo calendar
16. Enter information from contact
17. Make sure all information matches HubSpot before hitting confirm.
